Bueno... con cosas que se pueden mejorar

Las recamaras son bonitas, limpias, comodas, una bonita vista. El aire acondicionado es una maravilla, se agradece.

La comida, le falta sazón aparte que cuando provaste lo que detectaste que estaba mejor en sabor y te kieres servir otra vuelta, se llevan las charolas para los otros restaurant, te argumentan que el cierre del restaurant es a las 4pm y alli en el horario decia atencion hasta las 5pm. aparte las bebidas bien comerciales, las peores piñas coladas, sexo en la playa, alfonso 13, etc Ahh y no me parece que el encendido de la luz es con tarjeta, te ponen un mini refri en las habitaciones pero, pues cuando te sales del cuarto y regresas pues lo q tenias en el refri se te descongela y ya no esta frio. Que caso tiene entonces guardar algo si te sales y ya no hay suministro de luz porq te llevas la tarjeta

Muy bien las instalaciones, solo que si le falta un poco de mantenimiento al hotel.

El buffet es bueno, pero seria mejor si le variaran un poquito, porque casi eran los mismos platillos

La señorita de recepción nos dió un pésimo servicio, muy arrogante, ni buenas tardes, no nos dió ni la contraseña del wifi, en general pesímo servicio de recepción.

Era un viaje familiar y el hotel piensa mucho en las niñas y niños, entonces nuestras menores regresaron felices, porque las actividades del hotel están muy enfocadas en ellas.

La atención, la gente muchas veces contesta enojada, con un no tajante, sin dar opciones. Que todo el tiempo están saturados los restaurantes y tienen horarios muy limitados. Tampoco me gusto que en los snacks pierdes mil horas porque es a la carta y los preparan al momento. Cuando tienen la capacidad de ser bufete.

La ubicacion esta perfecta quedan oxxos el mercado se artesanias el delfinario la playa palmar perfecta para caminar tambien esta el recorrido por ña reserva y la renta de bici esta muy barata o la actividad en el hotel que es gratuita de el de las 9 o el de las 4 en bici tres dos albercas una de adultos con bar la mixta de niños y adultos y una tipo jaccusy sus alimentos tipo buffet pueden ayudar al bolsillo las actividades echas por los animadores la verdad son muy divertidas variadas y sacan una que otra sonrisa y la diversion que no falta tambien su barra libre te permite tomar como si no hubiera un mañana ojo solo con las bebidas que te especifican los barman

Le falta remodelar las habitaciones ya son muy viejas o por lo menos ami me toco una algo deteriorada por el tiempo el buffet dejo mucho que decear poca variedad insipidos los alimentos o muy salados un menu kids bastante bajo la barra libre la verdad si habia poco para escoger solo les falto un rancho escondido en los tequilas la cerveza de barril no muy agradable la tecate los snacks nada recomendables se me hicieron muy malos desde la precentacion hasta el sabor entiendo que por costos es la calidad pr en comida creo yo que no deberia escatimar se que no es culpa de hotel pr deberian hablar con la gente que se hospeda para que no hagan la nacada de apartar camastros son para usarse no para que se le ponga la sandalia o la toalla o el vaso mientras que el kevin y brayan o kimberli estan la playa o alguna de albercas

Never staying here again.

The staff is super nice

Extremely over crowded, not enough sitting space near pools or beach. People are literally on top of each other - no sense of personal space. Window in room wouldn’t close property therefore mosquitos would come into room. No hot water for showers AT ALL. Only 2 buffets available with very little variety and same food everyday- no A La Carte restaurants included. Hotel is extremely dated but it is very clean.

Disappointing

The staff was very nice and the food was good. The rooms were decent and clean.

The hotel was way OVER crowded. There was no space to sit on the beach or at the pool. The food lines were ridiculously long. The noise level for the entertainment was extremely loud and until midnight every night. They advertised 4 restaurants but its reallyb2 different buffets with the same food, a snack bar and the 4th was the restaurant next door that only offers 10% off due to being a guest We booked 3 rooms, 6ppl, and we had to leave to a beach club everyday bc of there being no space. We ended up checking out after 3 nights and going to a new hotel due to the amount we were spending on extra food, taxis and beach club prices. I have never in all my life of traveling to small local all inclusives and especially in February when it's slow season, have seen so many ppl crammed into such a small place. If you don't mind, noise, screaming kids, dirty and crowded pools and no space on beach, then this is the perfect place for you.

They should call it: the endless lines and unpleasant Staff Hotel and resort

I sincerely just enjoyed the location, the beach was the main reason I went there, but wasn’t expecting such an unpleasant accommodation…

The room we stayed in, wasn’t exactly habitable, curtains didn’t work, we detected a funny drain scent emanating from the bathroom upon arrival. If you love making lines for absolutely everything, this place is for you, we’re talking about 15min plus wait time at any restaurant or bars inside the facilities; given the overpopulation at the place and very believable burnout from the staff, they weren’t exactly greeting you with a smile… food taste and variety was subpar; wifi never worked for me or my girlfriend; no smart tv at the room…there were literally no good points, beverages were also poor, at some point the alcoholic ones I’m guessing were diluted; the best meals we had were at the hotel’s private restaurant, naturally you have to pay an additional fee…we've never had such a horrible time anywhere, wouldn’t recommend; maybe if you went with several annoying kids and parents that don’t care to supervise them provided they invaded “adults only” pools all the time, we’re positive we’ll never go there again…

This was not the quiet beach vacation we had expected.

The breakfast was pretty good. I liked the personal omelettes. The staff was working hard and were friendly, for the most part.

The resort was very crowded. There were so many people we didn't even attempt to get into the pools in the two days we were there. The pool chairs were all claimed by 7:30 am. by absent people leaving items on the chairs. The beach loungers were all claimed very early as well. Members of the public who were not guests of the Fontan were able to take beach chairs and no one was checking for bracelets. The whole resort was SO noisy there was nowhere to get away from the crowds and the noise. Nowhere to relax. The food was not as pictured on the website. It was more like a large institutional cafeteria than a resort. The only furniture in our room was two large plastic basket chairs with no cushions. It was more like a cheap dorm room than a 'resort'. Sadly, this was not at all what we had expected. While we had booked for 6 nights we left after only two. Because we had used Booking.com the Fontan could not provide any refund. We asked for some compensation from Booking.com but nothing was provided.

Dont Go! Not worth to expend your money! No Vale la Pena

A total disaster, honestly speaking is not worth to even try. The only thing we liked was the beach where the hotel is, and the employees from the main restaurant were nice, but the overall is terrible.

I made the terrible mistake to book 4 days in this hotel expecting to rest and have a nice time beginning on Tuesday during the low season, but it was totally the oposite. It was jammed and crowded ALL the time, with no enough places to sit or stay. They have only 3 small pools for more than 400 rooms total (one of the employees told me about the numbers of rooms). If you decide to go to the pools or the beach after 7:00 AM you will not find a place to seat (lounger or even a chair). ALL of them already taken with toys, towels or sandals in advance by people that are still sleeping in their rooms and the security guards or staff don't do anything to avoid and put some order or respect to that. During all the days there was not a single square meter in the pool that was not full of people (which is very bad during this pandemic, so, no control of the number of people at all) The pools are closed at 7PM and yes, that's when you have the security guards making sure all the kids are kicked out (for sure). All the loungers on the beach are also picked at 7PM, so you don't have anything else to do than go to your room or eat (with long waiting lines to get in). When we finally got one longer, I tried to move an pool- umbrella to avoid the sun, and the guard told me the umbrellas were only for decoration not for the sun! (unbelievable) Also, you need to wait almost 30 minutes to get pool towels and guess what? Even when you are controlled with cards for the number of pool towels, you cannot take them to your room. So, if you come with your baby or kids make sure you bring your own towel otherwise your children will go back wet and chilly to your room. The food is very basic, the cooks made their best effort but they cannot do more with what they have. The drinks are cheap and unless you paid extra, you won't have a decent drink for what you paid. In summary, I won't go again, and my best recommendation is to avoid it.

The view was the only good thing.

The staff was rude, when we wanted to listen to music on my phone staff didn’t let us couldn’t do much for fun because it was not allowed.
